CMS Choir Club Concert is tonight at 6:30 at CES. Students should report to the CES music room before 6:15 in their blue choir shirts and any holiday accessories.
CMS CHOIR CLUB: CMS Choir Club Concert will take place Thursday, December 9, at 6:30 p.m. at the Chisholm Elementary School. Students will need to be at the CES music room by 6:15 in their choir shirts. Final dress rehearsal is next week.

CMS VETERAN'S DAY ASSEMBLY. Chisholm Middle School will be observing Veteran's Day tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. in the middle school gym. We would like to extend an invitation to any and all local Veterans to join us tomorrow. Major Jared Zentz of the USAF will be joining us as our guest speaker.
UPCOMING EVENTS:
PICTURE RETAKES will take place Friday (11/5). Students that were absent or gone to the band contest will need to take their school/yearbook picture on Friday.
FALL SPORTS PICS will take place Friday morning during first hour as well. Picture packets will be sent home with students on Wednesday.
CMS GIRLS BASKETBALL will have a meeting Thursday evening at 6:00 in the MS Gym. Parents are asked to attend for information on the upcoming season.
VETERAN’S DAY ASSEMBLY: CMS will celebrate Veteran’s Day on Thursday, November 11, at 9:00 in the CMS gym.

VETERAN'S DAY: On Thursday, November 11, CMS will be observing Veteran's Day at 9:00 am in the CMS Multipurpose Gym. Mr. Stallcup is building a slide show to recognize any relative of our CMS students that are serving, or have served in the U.S. Military. We would like any CMS student that has a relative that is currently serving in the U.S. military or has a relative that is a Veteran of any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, to email a picture of their relative to Mr. Stallcup to add to the slide show presentation. Please include: 1) Name of student 2) Name of Relative 3) Relation to the student 4) Branch of military 5) Years of service. Thanks for helping us observe Veteran's Day.

CMS Football: The CMS football team will have a float in this evening's homecoming parade. Players can load the float just north of the intersection of Timberwood and Utah. Meet at this intersection a little before 5:30, the start of the parade.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The CMS PTO will be having a pizza fundraiser this Friday (10/29) at lunch. For $5, students will get 2 pieces of pizza, a candy, and a pop.
ARCHERY: Archery will begin with Mrs. Dally at CES next Wednesday (11/3). Students who want to participate can ride Mrs. Coats' bus to the elementary after school. Practice will be every Wednesday and last until 4:30.
PICTURES: Picture packets went home with students today. If you ordered pictures they will be in the packet. If not, parents may view the proof inside the packet and order pictures online. Details are inside the packet to do so.
CMS FOOTBALL: Tomorrow night's game vs. Hennessey will be a combined 7/8 game beginning at 5:00. Following the game, 7th graders and players that did not see action in the first game will run approximately 12 plays offense and 12 plays defense.

CMS Cookie Dough: Cookie dough is available for pickup today from 2:00-6:00 in the CMS gym. Please enter through the cafeteria doors and proceed to the stage in the gym for pickup.

The Oklahoma State Testing Program Online Parent Portal is now available for you to sign in and check your child's 2021 state test scores. To do so, use the link below. You will need to create an account using the "First Time Users" on the left hand side. You will need your child's 10 digit STN (State Testing Number). This can be found on the Wengage Parent Portal. Once the STN and date of birth have been entered, it will prompt you with the next steps. If you have more than one child in the MS, you will have to create an account for both children.
