2021-2022 Elementary Supply List
Summer Pride for CMS athletes begins June 7. Workout days are Monday-Thursday from 9:30-10:30 for both boys and girls. Dead week is the week of July 5. Summer pride will run three weeks after dead week.

Parents/Guardians - If you have a 9th-12th grade boy next year who is playing basketball. Their June summer schedule is located on the school website in the news section.
Chisholm Public School's Bus #10 is running several minutes behind this morning. The bus is on its way. Expect it to be approximately 20-30 minutes behind its normal schedule.
Parents and students interested in enrolling in honors English (pre-AP) and AP English (senior year) are asked to attend a meeting on Tuesday, May 11 at 6:30 p.m. in the high school commons about the requirements and what can be expected in honors English. Required summer reading assignments will be distributed at this time.

There is an enrollment information meeting at 6:30 this evening in the MS gym for parents and students of to-be freshmen. If you haven't already turned in your enrollment packet, bring them to guide your questions.
Just a reminder that Spring Break starts tomorrow, Friday March 12, for all Chisholm students. Enjoy your break and be safe.
Student Led Conferences are next week on Tuesday, March 9, and Thursday, March 11, from 3:30-7:00. Check your child's email to sign up. All students received an email from Angie Kuehn on February 23 with a link to sign up with their advisory teacher.
Garfield county remained below 35 per 100,000 this week, so our COVID protocols will not change from what they currently are. The current protocol is listed below:
Masks will not be required for staff and students unless there is an increased risk of community spread and in areas that a certain level of risk has been determined, masks may be required. There will still be mask zones in certain classrooms and in certain areas as determined by building administration.

Garfield county's COVID numbers decreased to 27.8. In our COVID policy, we will begin the following procedures:
When the Oklahoma State Department of Health Color Coded Risk Level Trends show Garfield County to be under 35 new cases per 100,000 population, based on a seven-day rolling average, Masks will not be required for staff and students unless there is an increased risk of community spread and in areas that a certain level of risk has been determined, masks may be required.
There will still be mask zones in certain classrooms and in certain areas as determined by building administration. We will update our weekly protocols every Friday after Garfield County releases the numbers.
Chisholm Public Schools will remain virtual through Friday. Hopefully with warmer temperatures and snow removal we will be able to be face to face on Monday. Be safe and stay warm.
Due to parking lot conditions low temperatures Chisholm Public Schools will be virtual Tuesday and Wednesday. We will evaluate conditions on Wednesday for the remainder of the week. We are currently trying to clear parking lots and walkways, however with the current temperatures it is slow going.
